Find us @ The Nimbin Market, 4th & 5th Sunday of the month,  for a healthy, nutritious freshly cooked breakfast, guaranteed to tantalise your taste buds.

Mushroom Medly incorporates a variety Mushrooms, including Oyster,  Shitaki, Enoki, King Oyster, Buton & Portobello.

All gently sautèed in Organic Australian Olive Oil,  with freshly minced garlic & a dash of Tamari. Topped with a delicious home made roast garlic Aioli.

A second choice of goodness, is our Artichoke Hearts in white wine, lemon, garlic & dill.

Both accompanied by a delicious assembly of fresh seasonal greens lightly sautèed in Organic Coconut Oil.

The 3rd option is our Cauli & Kale. Tossed with Chickpeas in Sesame oil. Accompanied by half an Avocado & a drizzle of homemade Beetroot vinaigrette.

All meals are served on toasted Nimbin Sour Dough Ciabata (GF available upon request), with an option of a side of seasoned Crispy Tofu fried in Peanut oil

Ask about our locally sourced Mountain Top Estate Coffees & Banana or Strawberry Smoothies. All made with Tiger Nut Milk or Bonsoy.

Try a Date Diamond (Imqarret), or  Aniseed & Orange cookies (Qaghaq), for a taste of Malta
