A second choice of goodness, is our Artichoke Hearts in white wine, lemon, garlic & dill.
Both accompanied by a delicious assembly of fresh seasonal greens lightly sautèed in Organic Coconut Oil.
The 3rd option is our Cauli & Kale. Tossed with Chickpeas in Sesame oil. Accompanied by half an Avocado & a drizzle of homemade Beetroot vinaigrette.
All meals are served on toasted Nimbin Sour Dough Ciabata (GF available upon request), with an option of a side of seasoned Crispy Tofu fried in Peanut oil
