I started out in finance and business strategy — helping organisations get their structures and numbers right. But over the years, I saw the same pattern again and again: it’s not the financials or the technical side that makes things fall apart. It’s the human dynamics. Misunderstandings, mistrust, unspoken tensions — these are what derail projects, partnerships, and potential.
That’s what led me here.
Today, I’m a mediator — of people, of perspectives, of what matters most. I help individuals, teams, and organisations navigate the very human challenges that sit beneath the surface. I work behind the scenes to make things function better — not by imposing solutions, but by creating the space for truth to emerge and trust to be rebuilt.
My roots are in systems thinking and business analysis, but my work is now about relationships — how we talk, how we listen, how we decide, and how we move forward together. I’ve run companies, supported hundreds of businesses, and seen first-hand that there’s nothing a good team — truly aligned — cannot achieve.
I believe that organisations, businesses, and partnerships are living systems — more than the sum of their parts. They breathe, adapt, and evolve through the quality of their connections. When something is stuck, the whole system feels it. When something shifts, the whole system can grow.
I blend strategy and intuition, analysis and empathy, structure and improvisation. I hold space for what’s difficult, name what’s unspoken, and help people reconnect — to each other, to purpose, and to the next step
