Classical yoga training with Soshin

May the living waters of the authentic sacred wisdom traditions flow! I’m beyond delighted to be once again offering classes in classical Yoga.

Classical Yoga is a miracle. A boon. I will be teaching the comprehensive traditional psychophysical practices for the discipline + integration of Body Mind & Spirit. Woven in contemplation of the highest spiritual view, I will be facilitating a meditative practice with authentic yogic techniques of the subtle body, aesthetic cultivation of the senses, opening and assimilating the Divine Energy in all things!

In class we will be cultivating the mystical/meditative experience and the transformative power of Yoga through deep, slow, accessible and potent sequences.

So excited to be back in my native home of teaching the Arts of Awakening. My first and great love.

Emphasis on post-traumatic growth, musculoskeletal realignment, mental & emotional well-being, resilience, strength and joy.

Three nights:

Tues/Wed/Thurs at 6 pm, with herbal tea & community connection afterwards .

With decades of experience training with yoga & meditation experts: I have had the great fortune of living in a Zen monastery training under authentic Zen masters, undertaken retreats in many authentic traditions, undertaken long hours in studios in devotional study & training, immersed myself in study of the classic texts & commentaries, and have had the immense privilege of training all around the world with real masters in authentic wisdom traditions and with genuine lineage holders. A bit of a geek, I’ve accumulated 25000 hands-on teaching hours; it’s a Soul Calling thing…
