Storytelling Night: That Sinking Feeling

Share

What do an embarrassing blunder, a spectacularly failed plan and a life-changing gut instinct have in common? They all begin with that sinking feeling.

On Saturday, 5 September, Nimbin Storytellers returns to the Birth & Beyond Hall for an evening of live, first-person storytelling that promises laughter, goosebumps, heartfelt moments and stories that stay with you long after the night ends.

This night’s theme, “That Sinking Feeling,” invites storytellers to share true personal tales of “Oh no!” moments, risks that almost weren’t taken, instincts that proved right (or wrong), and unexpected twists that changed the course of their lives. As always, the theme is open to creative interpretation, resulting in a rich mix of stories that can be raw, surprising, funny, touching, but always deeply human.
